About a year ago, I noticed that my assignments led me to frequent encounters with paranormal events and strange creatures. I accrued so much knowledge around that time that I started recording it. With all this agitprop about paranormal behavior going around, I figured it'd be useful to establish what I know for sure. To separate fact from fear.

And then I realized... that everyone should have access to that knowledge. So I contrived an idea to create an independent radio station for the Deadrunners. That idea has evolved as we've gained access to more materials and manpower, but the goal is the same: Educate the people. Let them know what's really happening out here.
